- Training- $700.00 per month
- Winter exercise program – $15.00 per ride + board
- Boarding Inside stalls $425/month
- Boarding Outside pens with shelter $375/month
- Horses are fed Alfalfa & Brome twice a day
- Horses are fed Purina Stradegy unless otherwise advised
- Dewormer by farm – $25/per worming
- Vaccinations- All horses on the property will be vaccinated – $85/ 6 way & WNV
- Pick up &/or delivery $.65/mile (min charge $75.00)
* Farrier work will be applied to monthly invoice and due on receipt.
* All Veterinary invoices will be billed separately to client and payment is expected upon receipt of bill.
Horse Shows
- Day Fees – $30/day
- Transportation – $.65/mile ($75 minimum)
- Entry fees, stall fees, bedding, paid arena time – Paid by Owner
- Tack Stall, Motel – Prorated with # of horses
Other Services
- Sale Horse Photo/Video Shoot (includes listing on web site) – $75
- Sales Commission – 10%
- Riding Lessons private or group Call for appointment – $40.00 per lesson monthly pkg available

All invoices are due within 10 days of receipt. Any over due accounts will be assessed a $25.00 fee, as will any checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
